Cider
Cider Label for Pascoli di Amaltea an organic farm located in Mombarcaro in Alta Langa. They raise sheep and goats and make cheese. According to regenerative agriculture they make use of meadows for cheese production and of apple trees to have shade for the animals and to produce cider.
